Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. A description or screenshot is usually enough. You do not need to send us your original video.

Restore Pro

Open Settings in UFO Camera and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased Pro. Restore does not charge you again. A new purchase or restore needs an internet connection.

Import or export trouble

Make sure the original video is downloaded to your device and there is enough free storage. Trim long clips to 30 seconds or less. If a render fails, your edit stays available so you can retry. Check Photos permissions in iOS Settings if saving is denied.

Tracking lost the subject

Try a larger, clearer selection on the first frame, or apply the effects without tracking. Darkness, occlusion, small subjects, and leaving the frame can cause loss.
